Firehawks team orders

Firehawks products are pickup only at Play It Again Sports New Braunfels, 651 N Business IH 35, Ste 1340, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Firehawks orders are not shipped.

We will email you when your order is ready. Please wait for that ready-for-pickup email before coming to the store and bring your order confirmation.

Products offered with shipping

Shipped Hill Country Standard products are made to order. Processing is typically 2–5 business days before shipment, and U.S. shipping is typically 3–7 business days after production depending on destination and carrier volume.

Tracking is emailed when a shipped order leaves production. Please double-check the shipping address shown at checkout. Carrier delays can happen during holidays or severe weather; contact help@hillcountrystandard.com if an order is delayed or lost in transit.
