All Hill Country Standard products are made to order.

Processing time: 2-5 business days before shipment.

Shipping time (U.S.): typically 3-7 business days after production, depending on destination and carrier volume.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Carrier delays can happen during holidays or severe weather. We appreciate your patience and will help if a package is delayed or lost in transit.
